Reciepe:
2 ripe bananas
2 scoops vanilla casein or whey
1/2 cup or 40g oats
1/2 cup of milk (regular, almond, or coconut)
3 whole eggs and two egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to cake batter consistency
Pour mixture into a muffin or loaf tin greased with PAM and bake 35-45 minutes or until the fork comes out clean. Enjoy as a healthy portable snack 😀 Pictured here with Fitnuts hazelnut spread, a delicious, wholesome and clean alternative to Nutella.

alinajane88 Healthy coconut muffins I forgot one ingredient, but they're still good.

1cup coconut flour
1cup coconut sugar
12eggs
1/2cup coconut oil
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1/2tsp Himalayan crystal salt
Sift flour and stir into whisked eggs. Add remaining ingredients and divide mixture into muffin holders. Bake for 10-15mins on 180degrees or until muffins are cooked. Enjoy!
