its.several.for.me Ugghhhh I feel what this little dude is saying. Why can't my arms be that big on leg day my traps are always pretty humongous though js. I think so anyway. Just went ham on some legs today and my dead lifts are matched up with my squats again, how they should be. My wrists have been holding me back, but I think all the pull ups/pull downs are helping out. 315 no big deal but I'm still making progress, even if I'm not increasing weight. About to hit up Golden Corral then SLEEP
