Total body workout !!!
I still insist, Soon I will again weigh and measure. I fascinates. Of course it is not as fast. It is about 6 pounds less fat on my body that I want off. The last bit is always the hardest. What helps is watching you eat well and exercise. What is very important: That you motivated naturally remains. Persist and challenge to you can not, then try to grab 2 more reps.

My trainer keep me motivated. Mervin is a good personal trainer. Fitness 365 has many devices. You have so many choices that you can train almost every muscle in your body. This week I'm going to level up with weights on my legs and my arms back and shoulders do more repetitions.
Sunday am cardio day. An extra day that you can always catch it. Never wait longer than 3 days to train because you fall was back to where you left again and it shows! and you can start over again. This is a waste of all the hard work. This week I trained my upper body more.
I start naturally very low in weight. But I do not train so heavy it comes to the reps that I do. The heavier the weight the more you will grow. You should also be very careful that you perform the exercise properly otherwise you have not so much to it. Also pay attention to your breathing. very important.

My trainer guided me very well and keep everything in mind how I perform the exercises.
I train three times a week. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I present in gym Fitness 365 in Amsterdam. Sometimes I arrested Sunday morning at with my friend Matthijs :) I stay motivated because it is very nice and I feel super good.
