london_n_keto Cinnamon 'bread' for making cinnamon Toast. This is where cooking gets mathematical and why I hate recipes! Based on the @aurahongkong flax almond bun I go with 20g flax and 10g ground almonds so it's not eggy. Multiplied by 5 and baked in a loaf tin with 25g cinnamon and sweetener to taste. (I don't normally sweeten bread I was going for more of a teacake thing.)

goldilocks_fat2fit Gym session was amazing! So this is what I wanted to tell y'all about..three days ago I started doing Jillian Michael's 30-day shred. Its amazing so far and I'm looking forward to seeing the results! Already I can feel a difference in my body. I'm combining this with my regular gym workouts instead of doing it on its own although one can actually have it as their only workout for the day (20mins!). You can find the vids on youtube or you can buy the DVDs on Amazon...join me! Its just 20mins a day of HIIT :) 7min
