La realizamos de la siguiente manera:
1-Si茅ntate con las manos detr谩s de las caderas y los dedos hacia adentro. Flexiona las piernas y deja la planta de los pies en el suelo.聽
2-Presiona sobre el suelo con los pies y las manos, junta los om贸platos, lleva el c贸xis hacia los talones y levanta la pelvis hasta que los muslos queden paralelos al suelo o inclinados y girados hacia fuera. Extiende abdominales y el pecho.
3-Mant茅n la cadera a esa altura, estira las piernas y acerca los hombros a la espalda para elevar el pecho. Contrae abdominales llev谩ndolos a la columna para reblajar la zona lumbar. Deja que la cabeza caiga hacia atr谩s, pero mant茅n el cuello en l铆nea con la columna.

Tiempo de duraci贸n:
30 segundos.

Beneficios:
Fortalece brazos, mu帽ecas y las piernas.Flexibiliza hombros y tobillos.Tonifica el pecho y la frente.

Contraindicaciones:
No realizar esta asana si se tienen las siguientes lesiones o dolencias;Lesi贸n en las mu帽ecas. Lesi贸n en el cuello.

cassandrabodzak Today is day 2 of the #MyPositiveChange challenge and my last day here in Shanghai! Today's challenge is to "practice gratitude" - I know that most of you are no strangers to the popular "G" word but how often are you really utilizing its power through out your day? Gratitude gives us the option to choose again, it helps us step out of victim autopilot and see the magic around us. Today I challenge you to pick a few random times through out the day, set your cell phone alarm and give yourself a little gratitude pop quiz. Stop whenever your alarm goes off and write three things you are grateful for down. This also is a great morning or night time torus to get yourself in the habit. When we tune into the things we are grateful for we start vibrating with abundance instead of lack and therefore align ourselves with the truth instead of fear. My three things right now: I am grateful for a wonderful trip with incredible people, I am grateful for all of you amazing people who take the time to read, comment and join me on Instagram and I am very grateful to be returning home tomorrow to a place I love.
