philippians413fitness About 10 times during my workout I though about quitting. Here are three things you can do during a hard workout to keep going: remind yourself how great you will feel when you are done (because you know you will). count your reps and find small ways to measure progress while you are working out (i.e. Wow, I just did 4 push-ups and last time I could only do 3). listen to your favorite music during your workout and crack it up!

These are some things that helped me keep doing this morning. What about you? What do you do to tune out those thoughts of wanting to give up?

chloe_lifts Thanks for the tags @what.soph.eats @macrogeek89 ♡ 1) Abs=leg raises. Obliques=20kg weighted side bends. Glutes= ball squats. 2) protein powder=strawberry maximuscle lean. Protein bar= quest bars, vanilla coconut power bars, chocolate orange pro flapjack. 3)treat meal=CHOCOLATE, SWEETS & BISCUITS. 4) Definitely strength training. 5) biceps and core arw my favourite body parts to train 6) breakfast is always 2 weetabix with full fat milk. 7) level 20 on stair machine and 10mph sprints 8) pictures are definitely the best way to track my progress. 9) 'no pain no gain' simple but very very true ♡♡ 16min
