fightingtorecover1 Good morning guys! I woke up to so many new followers that it made me a little shocked. You guys are amazing Yesterday I actually got the ND down, even if it took forever! Woke up with a strong need to restrict but that's not the way to get better Feeling somehow guilty for the extra calories (307 kcal) yesterday but when I write it here I see how insane that thought is! So; breakfast exactly as my mealplan says! 1 1/2 slices of bread with margarine, mackarel in tomatopure, chickenbreast and chocolate Philadelphia. mona_tokyo After five days of following my "actual" macros, this is how I look now. Not sure if you can tell any difference in the pic, but I woke up to find myself much leaner this morning🌞 I had trouble leaning out/losing a pound after bulking, and I blamed myself that I don't work out hard enough at the gym, and I even thought I had some eating disorders...
But when it comes down to it, it was just my weaker self - the lack of will power. Back then, I grabbed some fruits and nuts when hungry, going over my macros But I thought it didn't matter as I'm eating healthy right? - No No! Everything counts! For the last five days, I stayed in my calorie range, eating nothing else but my prep meals, and I'm 3lb down
