For 2 pancakes you need:
1 egg
75 g chickpea flour
120 ml milk (3,5 % fat)
salt and if you like herbs (I took parsley)

You can fill the pancakes with vegetables, cheese, chicken and so on.

If you eat LOGI as I do, don't forget that pancakes are on level 2 (protein) of the LOGI pyramide and that you have to eat 2 parts vegetables and one part protein! That's why I also ate a salad!

Post Leg Workout.
Yummy Protein Pancakes . Mix 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites in a bowl, add 3 tea spoons full of greek yoghurt, add 1 hand full of crushed hazel nuts, add 1 large scoop of protein powder, add one handful of oat, add 200ml-400ml almond milk.
Every time you add a new ingredient make sure you mix and wisk the protein pancake mix. Once all the ingredient has been mixed together, oil up a frying pan and when fully heated add two heaped table spoons full of mix to the pan.
Only flip once when one side is fully cooked and then start making your pancake stack one at a time.
Once you have your pancake stack you can then decorate it and add some fruits as i have done. Finally make a super THICK protein shake with hardly any water and use it as chocolate sauce to coat the pancakes.
Feel free to add cinnamon and greek yoghurt or some nuts and seeds.
