thedailyraylee Another great dining out option in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and Chicago! My absolute favorite snack break to sit outside on the patio and get a good fuel recharge! I do get corn tortillas but I opt for the lettuce after lunch time when I slowly start to cut out carbs and reach more for protein and vegetables especially at dinner. This is a big aid in weight loss that people see past. With lowing your carb intake throughout the day, your body uses that quick protein and burns off much quicker. I always put it in this perspective, "if you are to eat a heavy carb meal at dinner and go to sleep, how is your body going to burn all of that off just sleeping? Yes it does keep burning but it will just sit in there and cause weight to stay. Eat carbs in the morning to fuel your body and burn them off throughout the day!" Carbs are good, but know when and know how much! Try it for a few days and you will see your belly slowly tightening without those late night mashed potatoes and dinner rolls.
