Soo.. Decided to put together a #healthy #shake as a #snack #today rather than #eat solid #food. Wanted to make sure it was predominantly formed from #green ingredients... (Can't go wrong with green lol)

Anyway, used the #Nutri #Ninja blender to whip it up and it came out #amazing!

discovering.balance greek yoghurt with dried fruit and nuts although instagram can in fact help and be beneficial to recovery there are times when I think it can hold you back, encourage restriction and other behaviours. It's all far too easy for comparisons even if it's sub consciously it'll still play on your mind. Instagram is not an accurate representation of anyone's recovery really as they are only going to share what they want you to see. I am in no way knocking it or saying we shouldn't use it, I mean I'm still here () but I think it's important just to step back sometimes and allow yourself to get a real perspective on life 5h

Sometimes other peoples diet seems much less than what you eat and it makes you feel like you should restrict..., but other people make me motivated to go enjoy so chocolate or icecream!! insta has the good, the bad, & the ugly (such as thinspo ugh ).   •   recoverybyoatmeal Yes you're so right. I always feel like my meals are too small when I post them on instagram but I'm going at my own pace and its fine. Instagram has helped me so much and without it I probably wouldn't have begun recovery but still things can be upsetting on here. And I'm always here to support anyone who needs it 3h
