shaaniworld This video is important to me. I never imagined I could go on the treadmill for so long. There are two types of overweight people; those who are unfit and can't even walk a few metres and those who are overweight but still reasonably fit. Fat doesn't always mean unfit. I managed to stay on level 6 (my jogging/fast walking speed) for over 20 minutes and 2km. I thank the Lord I'm still able to run. When I was younger I loved to run and now I'm going to try and find that passion and stamina again

shaaniworld Crappy video but I upload these so I can keep track of my time spent in the gym. I actually did really well on the treadmill for a beginner.
1 minute walk
4 minutes run
2 minutes walk
4 minutes run

I'm trying out more cardio at the moment. I used to love normal running but there's no where safe to run where I live. I really don't like the treadmill but I have to get used to it!

shaaniworld Today I was super ill but I realised it's been 5 days since I went to the gym! I've put on nearly 5kg so need to start working out again. Today I started off with abs, chest press and then cardio. Only lasted 10 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the manual bike. My head was pounding. Pretty pitiful workout but it better than not coming at all. I've started cycling on low intensity because I'm really stuck on trying to reduce the calves. At first I loved the muscle but the bulking is getting out of hand. shaaniworld It took me an hour to get ready for the gym today because I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I decided to use auto pilot for a 20 minute workout with 2 minutes cool down... EXCEPT once the level drops down to 2 I use it to go as fast as possible instead of cooling down haha! I nearly reached 3km but not quite. Still, it was better than no gym.
