gj_fit_physique Ever heard the old adage "consume a minimum of 1g of protein per pound of body weight (or 2.2g/kg)?" There are some considerations though.

A big consideration is your LBM.
Lean Body Mass is a persons total weight when total body fat is subtracted out.

The 1g/lb is applicable to those sitting with low BF (Males 10-12% and below. Females at 19% and below). If this is not you, I would recommend dropping your protein intake accordingly. Fat cells need little dietary protein!
