If your goal is to get into shape then you need to have a plan of action!! Eating healthy can be daunting at first especially when you aren't a 100% sure when or what exactly you should be eating!
I have gained muscle AND lost body fat all while enjoying foods i love. .... Yes that includes tons of peanut butter I have tons more energy and my confidence is higher than it ever has been. Im also a coach, fitness instructor, and went to school for dietetics.
How would you like to spend 3 weeks with me learning about a lifestyle with the aim of getting leaner, more energy, tons of focus, not thinking about your next meal all day, and finally enjoying REAL food?

Listening to that "gut feeling" is a skill that can develop with use. But for some reason from a young age we're trained to "use our heads" more (*forget whatever your passion is: painting, writing, music, sports, etc., there's no in that️) We obviously require using our heads for most intricate decisions however, recent research has aimed more attention to the vibration our heart gives off during life changing moments The frequency of the vibrational changes can be related to the increase in heart rate, but that "butterfly feeling" is something most people can relate to regardless. Often felt in moments of joy and happiness and in my opinion, with decision making or when you find yourself facing "a fork on the road". Follow your ️. Follow your gut. Literally, specially when making a health decision. The odds that you will suffer (like passing up on a ) are too large not gamble and specially if you are settling for less than you deserve. Find some balance... We create our type of life through our decisions.

om.nom.namaste tripadika sirsasana aka. tripod headstand early in the morning after a yoga class (more like a relaxing stretch) at the lawn once you get the solid foundation, the other arm variations will come easily. rmbr to have your hips stacked on top of your head, so your legs will feel light enough to lift up! 1min

danicfitness Active recovery band work immediately following barbell chest presses - keeps the heart rate up, continues to challenge the chest/shoulder muscles and adds some work/tension on the glutes muscles by incorporating the band. In push up position, feet far enough apart so you feel tension from the band. In pop jacks, squeeze the glutes the whole time and hop out as much as possible. 🏻 And reppin that #NYUAthletics today! 🏻 1min

lavalleemarc #wolfventure my final instalment on VMO inner quad terminal knee extension training. This is a combination of my previous exercise that my sister @jessie_lav performing TKE on a step and with just a band. After performing the step and banded versions for a phase each next is the combo(step and band) in the progression. I chose to add weight to increase the load and difficulty.
Two extremely important points for these exercises is that your foot is slightly externally rotated 10-15 degrees. Second point is to fully lock out the knee and maximally contract your quad for a pause or two.
