Nährwerte für zwei Pizzen:

1288 Kalorien
19g Fett
188g Kohlenhydrate
90g Eiweiß

Zutaten für zwei Pizzen:

2xTerrasana (Sauerteigpizza von Alnatura)
130g Putenschnitzel
150g Thunfisch
100g Geschälte Tomaten
150g Joghurt (0,1% Fett)
1 1/2 Zwiebel
1 Tomate
1 Knoblauchzehe
Salz
Pfeffer
Basilikum
Oregano

Zubereitung:

Den Ofen auf 180°C Umluft vorheizen.

Das Putenfleisch in kleine Würfel schneiden und in der Pfanne mit etwas Wasser anbraten bis es etwas Farbe bekommt.
Währenddessen den Joghurt in eine Schüssel geben. Eine halbe Zwiebel in Würfel schneiden, die Knoblauchzehe pressen, Basilikum in Stücke reißen, etwas Oregano, Salz & Pfeffer dazugeben und alles zusammen in der Schüssel verrühren.
Die restliche Zwiebel in Halbringe schneiden.

Den Pizzateig reichlich mit der Joghurtsoße, Putenfleisch und Zwiebeln bedecken.
Zubereitung Tomaten-Thunfisch-Pizza:
TIPP: Aufpassen das es nicht zu viel Soße ist, da die Flüssigkeit den kompletten Geschmack verfälscht.

Die geschälten Tomaten in eine Schüssel geben und mit Basilikum, Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Den Thunfisch abtropfen lassen.
Die restliche Zwiebel, die Tomatensoße und den Thunfisch auf den Pizzateig legen.

Das ganze für ca. 15 Minuten in den Backofen schieben.

Die Tomaten in große Würfel schneiden.

Sobald die Pizzen fertig sind, diese mit den geschnittenen Tomaten belegen.
