shapeupandsparkle Hammies and glutes took a battering this morning with high reps and sets legs shaking like crazy on those last few reps, shaking in the shower, trembling to get out of the car afterwards...it's going to be a good couple of days! give it a go! Remember, lighter weights for higher reps.

Prone (lying) leg curl 4x15-20
Leg press (wide feet, a little more than shoulder width to target inner thighs. Push through those heels)
Step up w/ free weight (barbell/kettlebell/plates) 4x 15-20 each leg
Side lunge 4x 15-20 each side
Romanian deadlift 4x15-20
Reverse lunge (off platform) 4x15-20 each
Free weight hip thrust (focus the push through the heels) 4x15-20
