megsfitness10 One word- HEAVEN:-) I could eat this for dinner every night and sometimes that's just what I do! 100g oven roasted turkey breast, 50g broccoli, 100g cauliflower, 100g zucchini, 28g organic pasta sauce, 14g fat free mozzarella cheese over 100g spaghetti squash. Last workout of the week so i had to finish strong
-30mns cardio (bike)
-4 exercises of plyo (4 series)
-lunges on 15% inclined on the treadmill (20×4)
-leg extensions (15×4)
-leg curls ( 20×3 + 30×2)
-squats (10×4)
-deadlifts (20×4)
AND of course, i had to finish with ABS

domorefitness1 Flashback Friday... To that time when I thought I couldn't conquer my fear of heights. Indoor sky diving and my mind made up took care of that nonsense. My goal to conquer a fear chiggity check! Today's affirmation: setting goals ... To make your goals a reality, you have to first conceive them in your mind, lay them down on paper and tell yourself you know that you’ll achieve those goals.
First thing you’ll want to do is relax. When your mind is relaxed, the ideas can flow easily. Grab a pen and paper and as the ideas come to you, write them down. It doesn’t matter what the idea is right now, just get it all out on paper. Then go through and decide on what truly matters to you. Decide what you truly want to do and organize it. Finally, post it somewhere you’ll see it daily (multiple times per day if possible).
You’ve just taken your first steps to creating your accomplishments to come! Now, here’s an affirmation to help reinforce it.
