Today was Chisel Balance and this was probably the most intense workout out of all the other Chisel Balance that I have done. I upped my weights and that made it that much harder. The theme for me and #hammerandchisel is if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you. I'm trying to push myself out of my comfort zone and seeing what I really can do!

hannahswhole30 Day 22 down! Meal 3 was one of my favorite whole30 go to meals. Had a nice piece of flank steak marinating in coconut aminos that I cooked in my cast iron skillet, with roasted sweet potato medallions dusted with garlic powder and paprika, and sautéed spinach. d.b_paleo So today I have not been feeling very lean. Yesterday I ate pretty good and after work I felt like going to the store to get nuts to eat with my pancakes. I wanted to get a little but the bulk machine had another plan. I ended up with almost 6oz of nuts. I also got a big bag of dang chips but I was wise and got the plain one . I ended up eating ALL the nuts, 1 serving of pancakes, and 1/2 the bag of dang chips. I woke up feeling so bloated this morning. I just have no control when I buy nuts I just gotta eat them all. My challenge this week will be to NOT buy nuts from today until at least Sunday. I have one more week left into my plan so I'd like to finish perfectly. Aujourd'hui je ne me sens pas super fine.. Hier j'ai mangé sainement mais après le travail je voulais aller au supermarché pour m'acheter des fruits à coques pour manger avec mes pancakes. Mon plan était d'en acheter un peu mais la machine avait une autre idée en tête donc je me suis retrouvée avec presque 170g de fruits à coques. Tant qu'à faire j'ai pris un paquet de chips de noix de coco mais j'ai été raisonnable et j'ai pris les natures . J'ai fini par manger TOUS les fruits à coques, 1 portion de pancakes et la moitié du sachet de chips . Je me suis réveillée ballonée. Je n'ai aucun contrôle quand j'achètes des fruits à coques. Cette semaine donc mon challenge sera de ne PAS acheter de fruits à coques à partir d'aujourd'hui jusqu'à au moins dimanche. Mon programme se finit samedi donc j'aimerais finir en beauté. 4h

bananasnbarbells The biggest thing I hear from people that are struggling with nutrition is that they fail because the other people in the household aren't eating the same way. I never cook two meals- ever. When you start doing that you set yourself up for failure. I simply tweak what we are eating so that both of us get what we want and need. Tonight, we had burgers and salad. His salad looked different and he topped it with Kraft dressing where I made homemade #paleo raspberry vinaigrette for mine. He also got a bun and I got fried sweet potato. He had ketchup and I had homemade mayo on the side . Sooner than later you adjust and you become okay with the things you can't have. #nutritionadvice #foodforthought #foodwithjanna #whole30 #day22 5h
