1. 1/3 cup of raw oatmeal
2. 1/2 of a royal gala apple
3. 3/4 cup of unsw almond milk
4. 1 pinch of cinnamon
5. 1 tsp of chia seeds
6. 2 medium sized strawberries

Pop it all in your vitamix, turn to variable speed one and pulse 10 times. If your using another blender use whatever the lowest/quietest speed is and pulse. This is so yummy
