laurafitandwonderfullymade Weightloss really comes down to food exchanged for . I used to spend a lot of time working out really hard and eating what I thought was healthy. I've learned SO much about food, especially Sugar and how it was the sneaky culprit keeping me from losing weight. And there are things like that turn into sugar as soon as our stomach goes to work or wheat. My formerly grain and sugar filled diet was keeping me fluffy. I eat a ton of veggies now, good fats and mostly lean protein (we do love our grass fed beef!). There is such a thing as too much fruit, especially if you don't eat veggies, and that could be making you a sugar burner instead of a fat burner.
