First the dude pulled his bicep came up literally snapped his back fall to the ground. Probably even fucked up his spine? Oh i really recommended putting you're feet a little closer in. Secondly, mixed grip is extremely common, and as long as you don't flex your bicep, it is perfectly safe and a great way to increase your grip. My stance is fairly close as well, so my guess is that the angle I filmed from threw you off. I appreciate you trying to help, though 57min
