happymay_land 豬肉干

材料:碎豬肉 ($20)
調味料: 魚露 2湯匙 老抽 2湯匙 生抽 2湯匙 酒 2湯匙 糖 50g 用具 : 焗盆 焗爐紙 做法 : 1. 將碎豬肉放入大碗內,然後加入調味料,用筷子將所有材料 順一方向攪勻,直至起膠黏成一團。 2. 把鋪在焗盆上 (切勿用錫紙,因較易黏底) 。 3. 把碎豬肉分2份,分別放入鋪左焗爐紙焗盆上,放入碎豬肉。 4. 用手套壓平碎豬肉,把碎豬肉壓成一底約2mm厚的肉餅, 要壓薄D,太厚唔太好食。 5. 預熱焗爐至120度 ,焗20分鐘成肉乾, 之後再加熱焗爐至180度 ,再焗15 分鐘< -(此時要小心火喉,否則易變黑), 再加減焗爐至150度 ,再多焗15 分鐘, 見即成美味可口豬肉乾 。 6.把待冷後的豬肉乾切好一塊塊上碟。
