I did 530 squats yesterday
Half o the 1000 squat challenge thingo by the blogilates girl
I did 100 regular squats, 100 narrow squats, 100 plie squats, 100 glute kick back squats, 100 side kick squats. And 30 side under squats (from a different video)
I'm still in bed, i haven't got up yet, but I'm kinda hoping it's difficult for me to walk so that I can feel that it was a rly good workout
Today I might do a liiittle bit more butt workouts and Imma do some waist and ab worlouts, or maybe just cardio (or a lil mixture of both) not sure yet
I did some (much needed) yoga last night as well, i really need to try and do that like every day or at least every second day, rather than just eery other day
Also, the other day, i was doing some squats and stuff, and when I went down into a squat my paNTS RIPPED. MY PANTS FRIGGIN RIPPED. So now I have to fix them bc they're one of my gave comfy pants and ughghghhh.

BUILD YOUR BUNS Workout: aerobics step & Dumbbells needed** Elbow to knee squats 15 ea leg Start by putting one leg on the step the other on the floor and squat down deep as can. Next, stand, twist and bring your knee to the opposite elbow.
superset with dumbbell kickbacks 10 lbs 15 ea leg
—put the 10b dumbbell in the crease in the backside of your knee. Next, do a bent leg kick back like normal. Keep your hips square to the floor and focus on the squeeze.
no rest do one set right after the other 3 times.
20 tuckups on swiss ball
superset with 15 hang cleans (start with 10b db till you get the hang of it) 30 second rest
2 times
20 swiss ball glute raises (lay on your front side lower abdomen on ball hands on floor and bring your legs straight up in a V and squeeze your glutes)
superset with 30 step ups ea leg on the highest rocks outside — slow and controlled
No rest b/w sets 3 sets
Squat jumps on to step— 5 sit on box to jump — 5 regular squat jumps on to box

side squat jumps 10 ea leg so 20 total (GO LOW)
repeat twice
then immediately do sit to squat (so your butt touched step) holding 10lbs ea hand above your head arms extended *adjust reps & weight according to ability #workout #bootybuilding #bunsofsteel #homeworkout
