think.do.be.healthy So, this is this mornings,well actually yesterday mornings breakfast before my flight. I got a skinny flat white, and a muesli and yoghurt from starbucks (which was made with greek yoghurt and only 220 calories for the whole thing). I also had a carob bar on the plain and half an egg sandwich. Now I have to wait until I check in for my next flight before I can get something to eat. Im so hungry I could eat my foot!! 60s

bbgclaudia Repost from @kayla_itsines! So all this week I will be posting pictures of my motivations for why I want to take on this crazy hard yet totally worth it journey. Firstly, it's because I love learning about being fit and eating well and overall the lifestyle is positive and attracts me. Thing is, this getting fit thing for me has been going on since December 2013. I finally need to get serious about it to jumpstart myself into this lifestyle instead of reading about it, going 'yeah yeah yeah I totally agree' and then getting up for a bowl of ice cream and missing the gym on a Tuesday. So I set myself up for a three months strict exercise regimen of BBG workouts and heavy lifting, and then a calorie and nutrition plan for 100 days starting last Sunday. My calorie goal is 1400-1500 calories a day, of which 500 calories spread over the whole week can be of any kind of "unhealthy" food. I bought some stuff from Canada over the Christmas break (Reese's anyone? ) so I split up my candy into bags of 100 calories. Whenever I crave something salty or sweet, I can get myself one of these goody bags and not have that feeling of "oh my god this just undid the workout I did this morning". I'm really excited about this as I tend to overeat when I'm nervous with school, and seeing as IB May exams are coming up in 65 days... I need to make food plans so I don't overstep the boundaries I've set up for myself. This isn't going to be easy, and all I ask for is support. polka.tuesday I've now realised that when I'm angry at myself or everyone else for no reason what so ever, and I'm dropping f bombs like punctuation marks, i need to go workout. This happened today and so i smashed out week 8 legs and cardio. Afterwards I was so tired and sweaty i didn't have any more energy to be angry. I don't even know why I was so buzzed. The old me would have just turned it into a pity party and encouraged it by thinking my life was a big pile of miserable-you-know-what. Not any more. I choose to not let the negative vibes bother me as much as they used to. I take them on and use them as fuel. Bf: Ezekiel bread w/ almond butter, cereal, and blueberries
S1: carrots, celery, hummus
Lunch: jasmine rice, salad w/ asian dressing, and grapes
S2: 8 oz suja juice, small gala apple, sesame crackers, raw oatmeal square
Dinner: pea soup (it looks gross but was amazing ), and mixed veggies w/ curry sauce and spices
Dessert: 2 handfuls of blueberries
Im not counting calories (trying my best ) since it makes me anxious and makes me feel bad about how much i eat, eyeballing it makes me feel so much more comfortable!
