ameliandavocado Felt like treating myself today so did I have been really good with my workouts, 4 1/2 resistance and 5 liss (not that I need to justify a treat but it makes me feel like I deserve it a bit more ) so I went to a cafe near work and got this raw chocolate cake with avocado cacao chilli chocolate topping and it was so good! felt like an unhealthy treat but totally healthy (in moderation ) I find sometimes I go a bit wild when I have had a good week of workouts and eating so I thought this would satisfy my cravings and keep me on track, have a great full body workout everyone 2min

fitnessfoodcreations Why hasn't it taken me all of these years to try quinoa its soooooo good! I was surprised at how much it expanded as well. Gotta love volume food ! Since I'm upping my carb intake there will be no more salads without some sort of grain I was getting bored of having bread on the side so this was a great change I know that I eat essentially "clean" and I shouldn't have to or what not but it makes my body feel so much better. I indulge everyday with some sort of chocolate, cookie , macaron you name it but as for meals I try and keep them simple and clean. Remember --- this is what works for ME which doesn't mean it will work for you. Bio individuality is key #salad #quinoa #cleaneats #cleaneating 4min

jenchannell_ Yeah yeah I started with the pre-training. I figured it was only another 4 weeks and in retrospect what's another 4 weeks when I have a lifetime ahead. duduv_fit Monday : THE starting day of Kayla's bikini body guide (again). I'm gonna end my job contract on Saturday then a "rest" day and a a month full of changes is coming. I'm gonna move to another place, quit my cosy apartment, quit this city to a place with ton of trees 🌲🌳(perfect for LISS sessions) with a garden where I can plant some fruits and veggies and with a lot of more space to live 😎 but I have so many things to take in charge in only one month that I'm already stressed but no matter, I'm gonna do this with my boyfriend and it's the best support that I have ! February is going to be a giant run
Lundi : LE début du #bbg de #kaylaitsines (encore). Mais cette fois PLUS D'EXCUSES ! Je finis mon contrat de travail samedi dimanche jour de "repos" et un mois plein de changements commence... Je vais déménager, quitter mon petit appartement d'amoureux, changer de ville, pour un endroit plein d'espaces verts et près de la forêt 🌲🌳 parfait pour les sessions de LISS ! Avec un jardin où je vais pouvoir planter des fruits et légumes et avec beaucoup plus d'espace pour vivre 😎 mais j'ai tellement de choses à gérer que je stresse déjà mais peu importe, je vais faire ça avec mon petit ami et c'est le meilleur soutien que je puisse avoir ! Février va être un marathon géant

instantlykate Sugar Free Apple and Strawberry Crumble
Steam 3 Apples with a teaspoon of cinnamon
Place into 3-4 ramekins
Cut up a punnet of strawberries into quarters and place on top of the apples in the Ramekins
Fill top with mixed wet ingredients
1 Cup Almond Meal
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
1 Tablespoon white chia seeds
3 Table Spoons Organic Natural Maple Syrup or honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 Cup Macadamias (optional)
Bake in the oven until golden brown on top at 160 Celsius fan forced oven or 180 for non fan forced,
It usually takes about 20 mins to get nice and crispy
