grixthetics Last night I had my first cheat meal since my 24 hour binge. I've now 100% established my body does not tolerate wheat at all. So, it looks like farewell to dominoes on my cheat meals . After a number of hours of being with in a carb coma, and enduring stomach pains similar to that of being punched by Mike Tyson in the intestines - I decided I couldn't sleep without feeling like I had utilised this carb overload, and on top of that I felt disgusting. It was off for a 4:30am second of the day gym session 🏻 1min
