따뜻한 계절일수록 바나나는 한꺼번에 많이 사지말고 소량씩 자주 구매해야됩니다. 익는 시간도 고려해야하므로 다 떨어지기전에 (못해도 3~4일 정도 전에 미리 구비해두세요) 참고로 전 겨울엔 한번에 40손 이상씩 사곤 했었는데(제가 먹는 기준이니 무조건 따르지는 마세요.) 요즘엔 15~20손 정도씩 사요. 대신 4~5일 못해도 일주일에 한번씩 부지런히 사러갑니다. 평소 본인이 먹는 양(실제 소모되는 양)을 잘 계산해보세요. 초반에 시행착오 몇 번은 필수적으로 겪을 수 있습니다. 그래도 금방 적응 될거에요.

fruitarian_ireneo The human body burns sugar to fuel itself and any other macronutrient that can be used as fuel must first be converted to a simple carbohydrate(sugar). Fully Ripe Sweet Fruits average in at about 90% simple sugars.

fruitarian_ireneo Reconditioning our Stomach for our Naturally Frugivorous Diet!! 😀As we recondition ourselves to eat a sufficient amount of fresh fruits we may find that we just do not seem to have enough room in our stomachs for that much volume. 🤗It is a very common occurrence and is another indication of a lifetime filled with poor diet choices. Our stomachs seem to fill much too quickly on such a voluminous diet and this leads to feeling full before we have achieved nutrient and caloric satiation. Does this mean that our stomachs have adapted to our conventional diets of dense calorie low volume standards? 🤔Not quite. The stomach is a "muscle". This fact is quite clear to anyone that has ever suffered stomach "cramps". Like any muscle the stomach is designed for flexibility, however when we don't stretch our muscles regularly they become stiff and rigid. 🌯Since our normal diets do not provide sufficient volume to expand the stomach it loses any flexibility. Fortunately, as we adopt a high volume diet(fruitarian diet), the stomach will undergo regular stretching and regain its natural flexibility. If you think about this situation in these terms, it becomes less concerning and easily addressed. Just like stretching any muscles, just begin slowly and push yourself a little bit further every time. It may begin as a slow process moving in small increments, but as you break through that first wall you will experience very significant flexibility. In the beginning stages when your stomach fills rather quickly, all you have to do is eat more meals throughout the day. you eat all the fruit you can comfortably "stomach", and then wait a little while for the stomach to clear out until you continue working towards satisfying your caloric needs. In the beginning you may need to eat as many as 6 or 7 small meals throughout the day. 1w

fruitarian_ireneo A mono-meal is quite simply a meal consisting of just one food. when only one food is eaten at a time at a meal, the process of digestion is made to be extremely efficient.🤗 strawberries should have a bright rich red coloring and very strong sweet aroma. avoid any fruits with pink or white coloring near the stem. strawberries should be pretty firm without any soft spots or blemishes.as you see this pic, not high quality but still delicious.Whenever go for it! 2w

(22th April) I respect the secrets and magic of nature.🌳That's why it makes me so angry when I see some horrible things that are currently happening, that every second, I hear, the size of a football field is torn down in the Amazon.🏞that kind of stuff really bothers me.That's why I write this post. It gives some sense of awareness and awakening.I love the planet.
🌲I love trees and fruits and animals 🕊🐇🐂🐖🐈and everything. I love the colors and changing of leaves.I love it.I really do respect all those kind of things.

escorted to its ultimate destination as cellular fuel.😯 🧀However, when there is an overly abundant presence of fat in the blood the cells are bombarded with an overload of insulation which creates a problematic barrier.(this barrier becomes an obstacle for the passage of two main substances into the cells; 'sugar' and 'oxygen'.) 티비에서 당 섭취 줄이라고 난리인데 애매모호한 영양 가이드라인을 제시하는 엉터리 전문가들 때문에 많은 사람들이 다이어트에도 실패하고 건강까지 망치고있습니다. 당분이 아니라 지방을 줄여야 합니다. 과일의 천연당분과 설탕을 동일시하는 오류는 하루빨리 바로 잡혀야합니다. 무지한자들이 대중을 선도하는 현실이 안타깝습니다. 그리고 당부의 말씀, 제발 로푸드랑 과일식을 엮지마세요. 견과류나 오일 등으로 엄청난 지방섭취를 하고있으면서 그것을 건강식단으로 착각하는사람들이 꽤 많습니다.

fruitarian_ireneo cucumber time!! If you go on low fat fruitarian diet, don't need to restrict calories and volume. just eat it until your body says "full". I occasionally eat cucumbers and tomatoes. why? because my body wants salad fruits so that get some sort of nutrients. no deficiency of (any kind of) nutrition. 2w

fruitarian_ireneo Bananas can be grown all year long in the proper climate. avoid bananas that appear damp. 🛇avoid bananas that have a dull grayish tint. try to buy them yellow, not green, and do not eat them until they are thoroughly spotted. I usually consume 4lbs for breakfast.(mono meal) 2w
