heatherwfitness Even as a fitness coach, I too have my days I need to tell myself to JUST START! It's easy to get wrapped up in our days, between working, school, kids, cooking, cleaning, personal life, and so much more, but if you just schedule the 30 minutes in your day you CAN GET IT DONE! I'm not saying it's always easy, but I promise it's always worth it! Some days I have a million things going on or I'm in pain from my endometriosis, but I lace up my shoes and get it done because I know I will be thankful I did afterwards.
