bigjonahc The last few weeks have been filled with disease and illness. Lost all kinds of gains!
Appetite is slowly increasing again and so is size and strength!
Im going to be focusing much more on training, dieting, reading, working, learning and growing into a better version of myself each day and less spamming posts on social media.
Re-balancing my day to day life.

Don't worry though (or celebrate ) I'll still be around but with higher quality and less frequency.

the.man.with.the.plan.05 Just got my 8-Channel Relay board hooked up to the Arduino to test for the next steps in my home/room automation project! I'm using a simple serial connection as well as a Logitech Joystick library in order to flick the Relay(s) on and off with the controller. Soon the Bluetooth chip will be hooked up and programmed so I can control it from an app I made for my iOS device (iPhone) instead of the gaming controller....   •   sean_brown_bodybuilder @pull_itzer i dont do Zottman curls but did a little but of research into it just now, they seem like a good exercise for the end of your workout, for dumbell tips what do you want to know like exercises for different muscles? 5h
  •   pull_itzer Yep dumbbell tips for arms and shoulders, to give biceps and triceps a good daily pump @sean_brown_bodybuilder 4h
  •   sean_brown_bodybuilder @pull_itzer right okay to start if go light weight and superset these exercises 1) dumbbell curls 2) overhead tricep extension 3) dumbbell side lateral raises for about 12-15 reps to warm up the muscles. After that go moderate weight and superset dumbbell hammer curls with laying down dumbbell skull crushers do this for 8-12 reps if too easy up the weight. Then superset seared dumbbell press with front dumbbell raises and bent over rear delt raises once again 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets. This is just for beginners 4h
  •   pull_itzer Thanks buddy @sean_brown_bodybuilder None of that will be easy! I'm lifting 5kg at the moment for curls and triceps. I find anything bent over is hard on my back, I do tricep extensions instead and get a real good burn with those. 4h
