amandarthomas Turbo is still and will always be my go to for cardio AND core/abs. I despise doing floor ab exercises, and thankfully the kickboxing aspect of Turbofire works your core as much as it does anything else! krikilo Going into my pregnancy, I had not a mark on my body other than my scar from surgery to fix a broken elbow, very long ago. I thought I would be devastated when I developed my first stripe. I wasn't. And surprisingly as they continued to grow, so did my acceptance. I still feel beautiful, and my daughters smiling face every morning, peering through sleepy eyes only reassures me of that. I am so thankful for my life, for my body, for the marks they carry - from the life changing events, to the clumsy falls I may take. I love my little family and the thought of adding a few more lines on my stomach later on in life, to grow another little smiling face. #loveyourlines #takebackpostpartum #postpartum @takebackpostpartum @loveyourlines 4d

  •   truepinkadot Honestly I just go with the flow and don't have a plan for workouts! @natashanicolew I learned to just put him in the stroller, load it with my stuff and water and diaper for him and blankets even if it's hot and I just walk or run to a park. If he falls asleep then great! I get to stop under a tree and do pushups and squats and lunges and all that. If he's awake and in a chill mood I do the same or lay him on the grass on a blanket. If he's fussy then I'm like ok I'll just get a lot of cardio! Running and walking it is! Lol. If I had a lanes workout it would never work out because I go off of his mood and him staying happy. Also i breastfeed exclusively so if he's getting tired I just sit on the grass feed him and then he's calm and I can keep going. And around the house I wear him and do squats and lunges with him. Just always around him being happy:) 4d

  •   natashanicolew @truepinkadot thanks for the words of wisdom. My son also exclusively gets breast milk except I pump as well as give him the breast. Such a good idea to do walks (especially since it is finally getting warm in NYC) and stop to do lunges etc. I am going to try that since I always plan to work out and then get upset when it doesn't happen, learning to go with the flow more. Thanks again :-) 4d

  •   shea_sawyers04 I wish I had some cool secret (I know it's lame to say) but I just work out hard 6 days a week and eat a high protein diet, at least 100grams a day. And I eat my biggest meal and carbs in the morning and try to limit them in the evening. Right now I do Jillian michaels videos or I workout on fitnessblender.com they have a ton of workouts u can do at home! @jannab13 4d

mrs_devaux 17 weeks along vs. Today

On another note, today was day 2 of work & let me just say my favorite part of the day was driving home & listening to music, No kids & groovin' (do people even say groovin' anymore!?) to 90's R&B on blast! I can't remember what I ate for breakfast but I can damn sure remember the lyrics to "So Anxious" by Ginuwine like it was yesterday even though it was released in 1999!

Day 8 is #trikonasanab. I usually use a block for this one but when I don't I shorten my stance to get my hand flat. This is a tough balancing twist for me. Is it tough for you?
