fitmamasb So I know I've posted #cilantro #chicken before... But it's just so good and under 200 calories a serving it's a winner for those days where I want to eat light. Super easy recipe ...
Marinate chicken tenders in 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1-2 cloves of garlic diced, 1/2 cup cilantro chopped, sprinkle of salt and chili pepper and juice of 1 lime. Let sit 1 hour then sautée in pan until cooked thoroughly. We love ours served with tricolor #quinoa and #broccoli salad ... Enjoy!

Asian Inspired Stir Fry
Shrimp
Mixed vegetables Rice noodles
I like to cook them all separately first, then combine the shrimp, veggies and some soy ginger sauce to sauté for the last 3-5min, keeps the veggies from getting mushy. Reheats great for lunch too!

alishatemplesnutrition I keep a list of 10 meals I can make in 10 minutes or less on my fridge for those nights when a fancy meal is just not going to happen. And let's be real, that is *most* nights 😑
