arsiinaa Cabbage, carrots and Pomegranate Salad.

Mix 1 cup of grated cabbage, 1/2 cup of grated carrots and 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds or blueberries.
Serve with cilantro dressing: Blend 1 cup of yogurt ( you can use sour cream or mayonnaise) 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 jalapeño (optional) with salt and pepper as desired.

Clean and cut mini peppers. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the peppers on a frying pan with mozzarella or American cheese,
Cover and cook for 10 min over medium heat, add some Italian parsley and serve with meat fish or eggs.

fitmamasb Realized it's almost dinner time and I forgot to take anything I planned out of the freezer to thaw for dinner (oops!), made this tasty #10minmeal instead!. Steak Stir Fryused thin cut sirloin, cut into strips with scissors, sautéed up with a little bit of soya sauce. Sautéed some frozen mixed stir fry vegetables and added a little bit of red chili sauce, threw a pack of uncle bens rice in the microwave and voila! #Dinner is served 3w
