survive2thrive2014 My recipe for Asian Inspired Grilled Chicken. 2 lbs chicken breasts, 2 TBSP olive oil or sesame oil, 1/4 cup minced onion, 2 TBSP minced garlic, 2 TBSP Coconut Aminos (or soy sauce), 1 TBSP bottled ginger juice, juice and zest of 1 lime. Place all ingredients into large gallon ziploc bag or container with lid. Shake to combine and coat chicken. Marinade for at least 2 hours (put in fridge before work to save time later). Grill to perfection. You can even add veggies to the bag and grill them on skewers along with the chicken. Serve over salad or pasta. Extremely versatile. 4d
