runningrachel 9.75 miles complete. I decided to break up the miles. Ran 3.5 miles TO @californiafamilyfitness Then I did a quick GST (group strength training) class to help fatigue the muscles (to prepare me for the hills at #nwm ). Afterwards busted out a nice and easy 2 miles on the treadmill. Then picked up the boys and headed home. 3y
