While you're prepping your snack meals, try this amazing muscle-fueling fruit snack instead of your usual bag of grapes and almonds. Yeah, I'm calling you out! Ingredients: blueberries, yellow ground cherries, vanilla Greek yogurt, green apple with organic peanut butter, banana, roasted flax, almonds, muesli & pumpkin granola. Of course if you can't find organic yellow cherries substitute with other fruits like strawberries or raspberries or black cherries. Remember, nuts help provide healthy fat for energy and to keep you anabolic. Don't be afraid to add them to your diet. And Greek yogurt is a perfect HIGH #protein food - 6oz is nearly 20g!
