koffeeaddikt Couch to 10k app: finally tried it out. Started w week 3. Was a 5min warm-up and cool down. Workout was 1.5min walk-then run. The a 2.5min walk-then run for a few times. I ran at a 5.5mph pace. MY THOUGHTS: don't care for the 5min warm up or cool down. Wish I could shorten it to 3min ea. and ending the workout part w a 1.5min walk and then the 5 min walk cool down wasnt my thing. But am thinking the next workouts will be a little more bad ass for me. Or maybe i need to start w a higher week... #fitfluential #run #running #runchat #PROOF 2y
