dennisratano Dragonflag Kicks: Nice little exercise to work your core and abs! Easier than actually performing a dragonflag because you don't lower down to where it gets a lot harder to hold. Lift your body into a dragonflag, keep this position and slow and perform controlled kicks. Nice and slow! Try to do 10 at least! If you're strong enough to do dragonflags for reps do these on your last rep! 3y
