  •   sssalba @helloitsevy do not starve yourself!!! Eat 5x a day with small portion & healthy foods :) this is my eating plan 7am meal 1; 10am meal 2; 12-1pm meal 3; 2-3pm meal 4 6-7pm meal 5.. Its ok to eat after 6 just minimize the carbs & do more on protein.. :) 2y
