  •   zldoty @itakemanyphotos thanks man! So I actually try to focus on my back a little more, since it's usually neglected in most workout regimens. I do lots of pull ups at the gym.. push ups each morning..rotate between bench press types, I alternate between upper and lower body days, always hit the various row types heavy 1mon
