yolandaas Wanted to share this killer leg & bum work out with you guys. I do this routine three times a week. What's ur leg day routine? 🏽 SMITH MACHINE~ •20 squats, no weight (warm up) •20 squats, 35kg •17 squats, 40 kg •14 squats, 45kg • 12 squats, 50kg || •20 lunges (right leg), 25kg •20 lunges (left leg) •20 lunges (alternating/both legs), 35 kg || Bring the step ting •10 calf raises, 25 kg then 20 "normal" calf raises on the floor (so in total 30 calf raises)- repeat 3 times.
LEG PRESS~ •50 kgx10 (one leg at a time) • 60kgx5 (one leg at a time) • 90kg (both legs for all remaining sets)x14 • 100kgx12 •110kgx10 • 120kgx8 •130kgx12 (I randomly do 12 for the heaviest set🏾) WALKING LUNGES •one 9kg dumbbell in each arm •15 walking lunges, quick rest then 15 more as you walk back • Repeat 3 times (total 90 walking lunges)

ADDUCTOR~ •12x3, 45kg
ABDUCTOR~ •12x3, 50kg

LEG EXTENSION & LEG CURL~ •12x3 (25 or 30 kg) for each machine

  •   4everfit_mcafee There are a few ways you can up the weight and do less reps thats what i do or also cut rest time to like 1min if you stay moderate if you go heavy 2min max rest 2w
  •   afroswisscake I hear you girl!!I do like the gym for that reason also but I just don't have time to go to gym lol I used to go after work but found I was wasting time traveling to the gym so decided to just do my workouts at home... But I hear you about adding extra as you took a long time off if you got the time that's even better... I know I would do more if I had some extra time too will help to reach your goals quicker 1w
