xreggie27x I love watching my boy running around and playing it brings so much joy to my heart. I love recording him and taking pictures of him because I can always look back at him when I'm missing him. I don't get to be with him all the time due to certain circumstances but I wish I could. All I want to do is be there for my boy and for him to know that he means the world to me and nothing's gunna change that. These past years have been rough but I've learned a lot and I'm much happier now and when I have my boy when I get to have him my life brightens up. He always reaches out to me when I pick him up and hugs me as I carry him to my car. I'm literally tearing up right just thinking about him and writing this. I just wanna share how much I love my boy and I'm not afraid to show it and a lot of men don't like getting emotional and wanna be tough guys but that's not how I'm raising my boy he's gunna grow up a beautiful person inside and out and learn to love everyone. I know he's gunna grow up to have a big heart and be the biggest sweetheart and it already shows. I love my big boy!!! 4d

  •   bigblockgamc Plus deadlifting doesn't have to be a high rep exercise. The most reps I go for is 10 with like 50% other than that I keep it around 3-5 reps good heavy weight. Only reason it's hard to stay in the same position for that many reps. It's easier to stay solid and strong in 3-5 reps. Plus when pulling up get some tension in your lats. So when you pull you use your upper back too. 2w
