xkarinadollface When people ask me how I stay so dedicated to this lifestyle consistantly and so motivated all the time.. Well how can you not be motivated when you have transformed your body so much.. It became my passion, my habit, my obsession. All I want is to achieve more. The left photo is the old Karina when i didn't workout, if i ever went to the gym which was like once a month i would be hours of cardio and go on the ab machines thinking i will lose fat. I would be eating everything I wanted as much as i wanted & i would be drinking! -- The photo on the right is hard consistant heavy lifting, some cardio but not alot, I am aware of my nutrition and what i need to fuel my body with & i don't drink. Don't think you have to start at 5-6 days a week of training right away. I worked my way up.. I started with 3x week 3 years ago and over time you want to go more! I recently have reached 6 days a week and i am LOVING it!! ️ believe in yourself and one last thing you REALLY have to want it, nobody is gonna do it for you but YOU!
