wrong_but_right Accountability and complacent. One I didn't have enough of and the other I was stuck in. When I started this about 2 years ago, I was 240. My goal was to get down to 175-185. After a very focused grind , I got to 176. So I was like hell... What now? I cut back on cardio, starting lifting more. I had very bad technique until this year with the help of a friend.. I started to see some results... Then I started going out like I used to. 7+ shots every time, countless beers and late night eating.. I'm back in the mid 190s.. This month is dedicated to a reset and refocus. Accountability. I'll check in when September ends 2mon
