wowimcute The lift that put me out of commission and made me go through a 6 month rehab, conquered on a deficit. The days of me yoloing through ego are over. I learned my lesson hahah. 65 lbs to go! I only made a 5 lb. pr, so that means I gotta conjugate a little better. Gonna periodize my deficit pulls like I do my band work, every two weeks, and go from there. I wanna go another week on a deficit before i try a classical conventional but i probably wont need that extra week, I already plateau'd in comparison to my usual lb progression. 4w

wowimcute In contrast to what a lot of weightlifting coaches say, doing a roundback deadlift should not interfere with your body's ability to clean efficiently. If you know a movement, you should be able to transition accordingly. That being said, a roundback pull can add great strength development which can and will correlate to a stronger clean. I may be wrong, but my cleans feel stronger, even though I can't decend under the bar due to my tibia. Thoughts? 1mon
