wowimcute 3x3 with 365. Positioning improved greatly today, with no hip biting at me finally. All i had to do was not get so close to the bar. I tried standing super close for a while, it just aint for me, and even with the extra space im still plently boxed in. Its a win/win. 5d

  •   jesusgnzlz So the psoas maybe 🤔 Try this when you get a chance: stand up against the wall. Head touching the wall, back up against the wall, butt touching the wall, heel about an inch away from the wall. And then try to bring your femur up to parallel and hold it there for a few seconds. Don't swing the leg up, bring it up slowly and controlled throughout the whole movement. Toes pointed forward, knee forward and don't let it internally or externally rotate to get the femur up. See if it's tough to do that. 4w

wowimcute 180lb plank for 30 seconds!! thanks for not letting me die @_reynolds92 🙃🙃 These really helped me keep stress off my back when i was rehabbing it. Now that i feel it tiptoeing back in, im gonna try and prevent it from hurting any further. So far so good. 4w
