wowimcute Came in, singlet on, ready to kill, but 455&465 lbs won today. I honestly didnt deserve to get it today. This week was sloppy and i missed a day and a half due to overtraining and physical therapy. I assumed i was gonna get stronger nonetheless, but i was wrong. It happens! No PR this saturday, but this training week is new, and i can make up for it. On the bright side i looked very cool today. 1mon

wowimcute 445 deadlift right on schedule. It felt hard and i felt slow, but now i know why. My hips shot up a little and i wasnt as jumpy as usual, but I got it up! 20 lbs to go. Next saturday wont be a 10lb pr attempt. Just volume w 425, and we shall see if i can get a 455 pull in two weeks!! 2mon
