wowimcute 1 lb OVERALL PR and volume pr of 301lbs!! (Even after my 485lb deficit pull 😎) I put the 1/2lb fraction plates on for fun. Technically stronger than i was 7 months ago and my squat feels great. No pain until after, mainly because my calf tightens up, but thats not too big a deal. Just means i got more mobility on my plate 2mon

My elbow starting to act up I can't curl without it hurting its not a lot of pain but just a discomfort before it gets worse what can I do to relax it and give it some therapy the pain is on the inside of my elbow kinda on the funny bone is that from over use of the elbow or maybe tendinitis 2mon
  •   wowimcute @rara__10 go lighter on your pressing movements, do less tricep extentions and roll your whole tricep with a lacrosse ball or roll on a barbell/smith machine bar the same way we roll our legs. Then, you can try rolling your posterior deltoid, bcause it effects everything below it! heat helps as well, no icing. 2mon

wowimcute Max day! Hit goal of 475 easy! Later did 485 no problem as well. 490 wouldnt budge. I thought i wasnt going to hit a PR because of how much ive been cutting calories. I even came in hungry, but i scored a 15 lb pr! My progress has been pretty linear, and the reason is because of all the little things i fix each week. Routine setup, feeling, the first contraction, mobility, MINDSET especially! It's the little things that get you stronger week by week. 2.5lbs on each side, those are little things that equal up to a PR. Dial in on yourself and those little things will add up!! 2mon
