wowimcute Max day! Hit goal of 475 easy! Later did 485 no problem as well. 490 wouldnt budge. I thought i wasnt going to hit a PR because of how much ive been cutting calories. I even came in hungry, but i scored a 15 lb pr! My progress has been pretty linear, and the reason is because of all the little things i fix each week. Routine setup, feeling, the first contraction, mobility, MINDSET especially! It's the little things that get you stronger week by week. 2.5lbs on each side, those are little things that equal up to a PR. Dial in on yourself and those little things will add up!! 1w

wowimcute #transformationtuesday from the beginning of this year to the end. A little bigger, stronger, fatter, slower, pain in different places, but wiser and progressive. Interesting to think about where i'll be by the end of 2015. Pain free and more competitive? Fingers crossed 🌚 4w

wowimcute FUCK YEAH. Closer and closer to pain-free squats. Right leg is still more dominant and the size shows it but im glad my left is finally catching up. Doing my best to get them on the even side, as well as catch up on my old strength. Pretty happy with them right now though. 1mon

wowimcute 465lb DEADLIFT!! I hit my goal, and then got 470lbs easy right after. Officially 5lbs stronger than i was before my back injury. Big thanks to @ty_fit89 for the encouragement. He brought some wicked preworkout to go with my coffee. Needed it, seeing how I didnt sleep at all last night. Too anxious maybe? 1mon

wowimcute 460 deadlift off a deficit!!! 5 lbs to go!!! This is the most ive pulled so far, and i got me a front squat PR. Leg is feeling hella good, i can feel my medial quads again. I give credit to the crazy amount of eggs i binged on last night + waking up at 2:30pm huehuehuehue 2mon
