wowimcute Introducing my legs back into running by some basic footwork. Focusing on catching myself with my forefoot and being able to catch/push myself at all angles! Invested in some minimal running shoes too to replace these slippery ass Toms. My tubercle/MCL/whatever it may be is becoming less and less tender as months roll by, i just need my dorsiflexion back and allow my quads to do more work instead of those little tendons behind the knee that stem out from my calf!! Feels good to actually be able to catch weight on that leg now #cameramanGRUNT 2mon
