wowimcute 465lb DEADLIFT!! I hit my goal, and then got 470lbs easy right after. Officially 5lbs stronger than i was before my back injury. Big thanks to @ty_fit89 for the encouragement. wowimcute Came in, singlet on, ready to kill, but 455&465 lbs won today. I honestly didnt deserve to get it today. This week was sloppy and i missed a day and a half due to overtraining and physical therapy. I assumed i was gonna get stronger nonetheless, but i was wrong. It happens! No PR this saturday, but this training week is new, and i can make up for it. On the bright side i looked very cool today. 2mon
