wowimcute i dont post a lot of upperbody but i havent maxed in many many many months. i decided to do some priming up two months prior to todays max, and im impressed! i got 265 up but i failed with this 275. 315 can for sure be hit in two months, and thatll be the heaviest bench ive ever hit. bench is my weakest lift ever but im for sure gonna take it serious now, or well, more than before. no wide grip shit though im still a weightlifter hahaha 2d

wowimcute One small step for man, one giant leap for my squat ROM. Knee doesnt feel flooded with shit and my calf doesnt hurt! the tissue is still tender, but now i can actually start programming my squat in. Never taking calf and shin knots for granted ever again, nor my stability. NOW I CAN WEAR MY SQUATTING TIGHTS AGAIN. 5d

wowimcute Retraining my squat sucks butt. Didnt think it would last 3 months, but it's getting better. my legs are retaining size and im becoming way more stable, so i cant complain too much. Always ask yourself new questions and always search for new answers, it'll make you a well rounded and injury free athlete, unlike me hahah. 1w
