whollyvegan I didn't get a chance to take pics of all the delicious food at today's #bayareaveganpotluck, but here's just a sample of our #vegan feast! @roshibrian made gado gado and spicy tofu & tempeh • @evesfca made a Boursin cheese platter with homemade fig preserves • there were samosas & ginger peanut slaw (sorry, I don't know who made these!) • and @jenncooks baked up homemade Italian breadsticks. There was so much more food! All I have to say is #vegansknowhowtoparty! 4d

whollyvegan Here's what I made with those #farmersmarket strawberries from yesterday: Baked strawberry & cream cheese wontons with balsamic glaze. I used @smvegan's cashew cream cheese & Twin Dragon #vegan wonton wrappers that I got at @republicofv. Fill each wonton with a tsp of cream cheese & a strawberry slice, seal with water, spray or lightly brush wontons with oil, bake in a preheated 400*F oven for about 5 min, then eat! #veganfoodshare #smvegan #republicofv 1w

  •   whollyvegan @dianeclyburn I won't be posting a recipe for this on my blog. But I posted the chipotle red pepper sauce recipe on the IG post right after this one (the cheezy zucchini toast post). For the cashew sour cream recipe just Google "cashew sour cream". They're all pretty similar. The filling is just crumbled tempeh sautéed with garlic, onions, kale, chili powder, salt, & pepper. Place the filling in a tortilla, wrap it burrito-style, brush or lightly spray with vegetable oil, bake in a pre-heated 400*F oven for 10 min, then switch oven to broil for another 5 min. The topping is just chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, & fresh lime juice. Enjoy! 1w

(2 frozen bananas blended with about 1 tsp beet powder + about 1 tsp coconut palm nectar; choco shell = 1.5 tbsp melted coconut oil + 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 tsp coconut palm nectar + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract + a tiny pinch of salt).
