wholesomecook Tomatoes are so good here. Not a day goes by without having at least a serving in one way or another... Last night I enjoyed an heirloom tomato salad with fresh prawns, a touch of local anchovy, jamon and Parmesan. 5d

wholesomecook Cuttlefish cappuccino! One of the highlights of our stay in Venice was a dinner in Padva at Le Calandre restaurant. It was a feast for the senses and a great privilege to meet chef Max Alajmo @alajmobros and see his team working their magic in the three Michelin-starred kitchen. Absolutely wonderful experience and such creative cuisine. Thank you for your hospitality. 1w

wholesomecook We found these beautiful lemons around Positano and the Amalfi Coast today. They are a local variety called Cedro - so fragrant and many grow the size of a football. The locals make beautiful lemonade and frozen granita from these and sell them roadside. 2w
