Having admired her beautiful shots, many of which were indeed taken at 2 o'clock in the morning, I can tell you one thing: she's a wonderful cook and a talented baker and photo-taker. wholesomecook Mornings are all about routines and rituals. My most cherished ritual involves having a breakfast filled with greens to set me up for the day. Today it's a Shaved Celery and Fennel Salad from the @food52 archives. Dressed with a mustard shallot dressing and hazelnuts. wholesomecook It's cold, wet and rainy here in Sydney today. Time to crank on the oven and slow cook this beautiful organic shoulder of lamb that's been marinating in herbs and spices overnight.
