wholesomecook Part of my #wastefree #sustainablefood philosophy is using food past its best before date (most of the time your nose will tell you if it's ok to eat) and buying up from the grocer's bargain bin. >>>Today I'm having leftover buckwheat with crispy skin fried salmon one day past its best before date with rocket and grape tomatoes, both of which I found for $1 a kilo in the grocer's bargain corner. Fried in @_brookfarm_ macadamia oil and served with a little feta. Perfect #giveafork meal. 5d
