wholesomecook Dinner tonight inspired by a #thermomix recipe... Except that I cooked it on the stove! Oops. Watercress, baby spinach, stir-fried black pepper asparagus, capsicum and zucchini with thinly sliced seared then steamed beef fillet. The dressing is homemade mayo with pistachios, horseradish and basil. A dusting of cumin and chilli. wholesomecook It's here! My #thermomix has arrived. First order of business? Pure coconut butter made with nothing more than just shredded organic coconut. It will be set in the fridge to make "white chocolate" with just a pinch of @teamgoodness vanilla bean powder. Looooove it! So satisfying and... better for me in the morning. >>>While I try to keep my processed wheat intake to a minimum, I've found that eating things like wheaten noodles or bread before midday helps alleviate many sensitivity symptoms. Experiment with not just what you eat, but when you eat it too and do what works best for your body. 2w

wholesomecook School holiday fun in the kitchen continues with Liana making a batch of Sugar-free Gummy Lollies today. Mango is the flavour du jour. Made with whole fruit, grass-fed Great Lakes gelatin, sweetened with a touch of @natvianaturalsweetener and the white ones, my favourites, are made with @pureharvest almond milk and @teamgoodness vanilla powder.
