wholefoodsmarket What better way to warm up winter then with this homemade #Curry #SweetPotato Soup. It's spicy, slightly sweet from real maple syrup, and so hearty. Ingredients: 3 lbs sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed), 1 small onion (chopped), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 6 cups broth, 2 tbsp curry powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup. Instructions: 1. Cook onion and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes. 2. Add potatoes, cook until soft. 3. Add broth, bring to a boil, cook until potatoes fall apart. 4. Puree soup. 5. Add curry and maple syrup, bring to a simmer. 6 Remove from heat, salt to taste and serve. [recipe & photo @jerryjamesstone] 4d

All you need is your favorite #cookie cutters (like #StarWars), some ribbon, paint, glue and glitter. Oh… and this dough recipe: 4 cups flour, 1 cup salt, 1 1/2 cups water. Combine ingredients, knead for 10 minutes, then roll out on a floured surface. Cut the dough into your favorite shapes and bake them at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes. Then let the decorating begin!
