After being binge free for 2 days, I binged yesterday. And Infront of my boyfriend too. I'm always thinking I'm too fat, and I'm really gaining. I always eat so much for breakfast. Is it true that we should eat like a king for breakfast, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper?

want_healthyfit I'm sorry I haven't been posting. I'm currently working and I've been so busy I have no time to exercise. I know i should make time but I have no motivation to work out and eat healthy. Sad to say, I've been binging on junkfood. Im a cabin crew, so my body clock is screwed up too. I'm sorry I haven't been active for the past few days. After starting my full time job, I have been reaching home late, having late dinner then binging on sweet treats and carbs such as pastries and bread. I haven't work out for going a month too. This is really bad, and with me not controlling what I put in my mouth and how much I should consume, I have gained... To add on, my job requires people to be slim and good looking. I look and feel so big and fat beside all my good looking and slim colleagues. I'm going to start tomorrow. I can and I will. Thanks so much for all the new followers. want_healthyfit I gained weight again. And now I'm at the highest weight I've ever been. The first thing my friend saw me was: OMG I almost couldn't recognize you! You gain so much!
I just laughed it off, hoping she couldn't see the hurt on my face and in my eyes. What should I do? What do you guys eat? How much do you eat? I'm trying hard to not eat sugar but I'm so addicted to them, I'm struggling, but I want to be healthy and skinny again. The happy old me. Now I'm just fat, depressed and tired everyday.
