vshining I have no idea how to add music but here is a sample of my #HIIT workout for week 10 #bbg. I focused on ab isolations with the help of @yaboymillhoy and it was killer!! It's important to not only do cardio abs but also to take the time to make sure you are targeting and holding them tight. The last exercise is an extended plank hold...you have to try it.
