vshining Here a little stretching routine I quickly recorded today after my HIIT workout. I try to stretch or do yoga at least 20 minutes everyday or more. It's really important for muscle recovery and mobility ad you will feel wonderful! If you are in a rush hold each stretch for about 20 seconds (each side of applicable)! vshining Every Sunday is pancake day and I love it!! I even had some leftovers post-workout with pb. Today I did a heavy leg day with my workout inspired by @buffbunny who has amazing videos on YouTube and she is a huge inspiration for me so check her out. But I started back up in January and I have become stronger mentally and physically and don't always dread push-ups! vshining Homemade detox water Honey, cucumber, lemon, fresh mint, ginger and water. Super hydrating, increases metabolism, and flushes away toxins. Found this on Pinterest and I drink it every morning 15-20 minutes before breakfast. I don't know if I see visible changes but it's delicious and is a great morning energy boost anyways!

vshining Smoothie bowl for dinner, looks gross but was so good. I got the idea from @mind.over_body who got it from @fitmissdani! ️️ so thank you guys for sharing it was perfect after a hot and humid day and I couldn't even finish the whole thing.

Recipe:
1 frozen banana +1 cup berries + 1/2 cup coconut (or any) milk + handful spinach + 1 scoop protein powder + pinch cayenne and pinch cinnamon. I also added some sprirulina. And topped with homemade granola and chia

Spices are super healthy and great for a strong metabolism perfect loaded super smoothie bowl for any time of the day.
