vshining What a beautiful day!! Even thought I spent most of my day in the lab, I got out of work and went to SUP down by the lake and even got in some yoga on the water. It's been so rainy and it leaves me with no energy but now I'm recharged in time for a long #4thofjuly weekend ️ So I did arms and fully body from @kayla_itsines #selfchallenge followed by this super salad! vshining #bbg update and #bbgprogress reflections. I started bbg 1.0 last fall at the beginning of the semester and didn't end up finishing because of a travel intensive winter break. But I started back up in January and I have become stronger mentally and physically and don't always dread push-ups! I used to avoid them and now they are a welcome break in comparison to other exercises @kayla_itsines has in store! vshining Homemade detox water Honey, cucumber, lemon, fresh mint, ginger and water. Super hydrating, increases metabolism, and flushes away toxins. Found this on Pinterest and I drink it every morning 15-20 minutes before breakfast. I don't know if I see visible changes but it's delicious and is a great morning energy boost anyways!

vshining Smoothie bowl for dinner, looks gross but was so good. I got the idea from @mind.over_body who got it from @fitmissdani! ️️ so thank you guys for sharing it was perfect after a hot and humid day and I couldn't even finish the whole thing.

Recipe:
1 frozen banana +1 cup berries + 1/2 cup coconut (or any) milk + handful spinach + 1 scoop protein powder + pinch cayenne and pinch cinnamon. I also added some sprirulina. And topped with homemade granola and chia

Spices are super healthy and great for a strong metabolism perfect loaded super smoothie bowl for any time of the day.
