This "tent" is the only home we will ever have and we won't have it for long,so it our responsibility to take good care of it and it will last as long as it was designed by God to last us. That's how I look at things "now". God is so good to me I have my health and strength and that's why I work so hard. I feel like I am honoring and giving HIM thanks when I do!!! 2w

  •   verybrite I'm in tears....God bless you and your family. Take your time and don't beat yourself up for the things you cannot do. Take it on day at a time start with a walk everyday and then go from there....believe it or not that's how I began. It had been years that I had not been active and that wasn't like me, after 15 years of being A lifeguard I was always active and after I a while after I stopped guarding and teaching swimming I let my active life go. I started back up after my divorce, it saved my life (literally) I had lost everything...so I started walking. During my walks I started talking to God and everyday he strengthen me inside and out!!! I went from a 1 mile walk to 15 mile runs, workouts, challenges and a Vegan lifestyle. So I take no credit in this, I would have been dead 8 yrs ago, so today I give him all the Glory for saving a wretch like me...2w

verybrite Day 9: 30 Day Squat Plank Clean Eating Challenge. Along with my squats, and plank I went BEAST MODE with weight training at the gym. I feel good, well at least until the morning.
Today was Grapefruit and Lemon water all day, talk about a cleanse. Now for some protein, let's see what I can make!!!

verybrite Today makes my 1yr anniversary of my decision to go Vegan and to not drink alcoholic beverages!!! The best decision I've ever made health wise. Last year was my final elimination was sea food. I had given up everything else years and years ago, I can honestly say sea food has been the toughest to give up, but I'm glad I did it and you can too!! So Proud of myself!!! 3w

verybrite Madison Square Park hours after the Nor'Eastern Blizzard. NYC sanitation workers really did there thing with clean up efforts, most major walkways and sidewalks were all cleared by 2pm. Madison Square Park was breathtakingly beautifully filled with pure white snow. 1mon
