vegan101 There's nothing like eating a whole head of kale I finally perfected the crispness factor. I kept it simple and only sprinkled them with sea salt, nutritional yeast and olive oil, then baked them at 350F for 10 mins and flipped them and put them back in for another 5 mins. #vegan101 #bestofvegan #glutenfree #glutenfreevegan #whatveganseat #veganfoodshare #plantstrong 2mon

vegan101 Beyond obsessed with this Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie I've been making for breakfast for the 3rd morning in a row. This is my tweaked version of the recipe by Manitoba Harvest.
Blend in a food processor:
1 cup fresh baked pumpkin
2 cups almond milk
1 small ripe banana
2 tbs maple syrup or agave
1tbs chia seeds
1 tbs (Manitoba Harvest) shelled hemp hearts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2-3 pinches ground cloves
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop Vega vanilla sport protein powder

Pour into Masson jar and refrigerate/let thicken until morning or a few hours
