2. diagonal stepping (slight bend, don't move upper body)
3. sumo walks (push against the band and keep the tension constant) -----------------------------------------

valwilkins_ GLUTE ACTIVATION SERIES
1. Clamshells (back, butt, feet against wall)
2. Straight leg abduction (drag your heel, toes pointed down, along the wall)
3. Supine hip extension (slightly abduct leg before raising)
4. Banded bridges (make sure to push out on the band before squeezing glutes)
Do 20 on one side completely before switching to other -------------------------------------
activated glutes = stronger squat/deadlift, less back pain, nice butt.
