upyourfitness So it looks like this is my 2,000th post! The fact that there is 2k pictures & videos of me floating around cyberspace feels a bit self indulgent, but this project has become more than I could have ever imagined. 😬
I've connected with so many people thanks to this account, traveled around the country, and made some friends around the world. I owe you all a big thank you for joining me on the ride. ️ So next time you feel silly for propping your phone up on your water-bottle/shoe/gym-bag to record yourself, remember that I managed to make a career out of it .

upyourfitness I've been working on theses a lot lately. These bodyweight leg curls really get my posterior chain all fired up.
If I tried doing these this slow a month ago, I think my Hamstrings would have exploded.

Experiment with different degrees of hip extension to work varying lengths of the lower lumbar, glutes and hamstrings.

upyourfitness There's nothing more satisfying than helping people realize there full potential. This weekend I instructed 2 @streetfiit @world_calisthenics_org workshops at Edge Fitness in Marlboro New Jersey.
This was a weekend of firsts for many of the people who signed up. Here's a video on 3 attendees getting there first muscle up on the rings, no kip necessary!
