upyourfitness For my inversion junkies on a #questforthepress, here is a useful drill to work on your straightarm press handstand or zombie handstand.
This drill helps you understand the importance of leaning forward into the handstand and shifting your hips over your shoulders for the straight arm press. It also develops the core control needed to raise your legs off the floor/ball.

As you can better at this drill, try it will a smaller medicine ball for increased difficultly.

upyourfitness My contribution to the #wco_challenge this week is one of my favorite warm up flows.
A proper warm up is often an overlooked aspect of training. This movement series uses static and active stretches to prepare the joints, muscles and nervous system ready for an intense workout.

I typically have my clients do sets of 10 for 2-3 sets. We can increase the intensity of this flow by adding push-ups, squats and lunges.

  •   upyourfitness I agree. In the article I discuss how discipline has been abandoned by those whole constantly seek out inspiration to sustain them. 4d
  •   richiet108 People get the inspiration to try a workout routine or diet or whatever but expect to look like the people advertised quickly. If they don't, they abandon it and look for something else. You need discipline to stick with something until you hit your goal... You probably said all of this in your article. I'll read that in a bit. 4d

upyourfitness Super slow 70lb pull up fail. As far as I'm concerned, if my chin doesn't go over the bar, it's a fail. This is my first time training weighted pull ups in a long time, inspired by all them @timbahwolffff gains. I'll post updates as I get a "hang" on these. #punzfordays 4d
