unicornpicnic a little post-gym yoga. (crow pose). today's workout was awesome, if anyone wants a great shoulders/arms workout here's one:
warm up: 30s jump rope, 30s walking lunges alternating for 5 minutes.
-superset: push jerk (4 sets of 5) and standing dumbbell upright rows (4 sets of 10) rest: 60s between sets.
-superset: cable rear-delt fly (4 sets of 10) and front lateral raises (4 sets of 10). rest: 45s between sets.
-superset: skull crushers, drag curls (4 sets of 10). rest: 45s
-superset: plank pull up, diamond push ups. (3 sets of 10). rest 45s
-ab circuit: 1 minute plank, 2 min side plank (switch halfway through), 15 v-ups, 20 mason twists.
exhausting? yes. great? yes.
